Summary One of the UK's largest infrastructure contractors are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Managing Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager to work on a £1 billion Station delivery project in North West London, In this role you will be required to undertake all duties within the commercial department and project teams such as; - Producing and provide accurate forecasts of project costs to completion and final value - Continual monitoring of projected costs - Monitor cash flow and valuation plan - Ensure contract variations are identified Seeking candidate with - Strong experience in Quantity Surveying / Commerial Management working on major civils/infrastructure projects experience (essential) - Main Contractor experience - Holds CSCS - Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying - NEC3 experience - Membership with a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS) is desirable but not essential Salary / Package: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, negotiable dependant on experience plus package including; - Company Car / Allowance - Travel Allowance - Smart working, giving you more flexibility such as staggered start and finish times, with remote working - 25 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays - Pension, share incentive plan, recognition schemes and more Apply now for further information and to arrange a call.
