Role Summary Aubay UK is seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Management Consultant to join our client in Digital Transformation and Consulting. This role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with clients to shape their digital transformation journeys, drive innovation, and deliver impactful business outcomes. In the short term, the successful candidate will join a client’s business development task force, leading the planning and execution of a customer-centric digital solution. This includes devising a go-to-market strategy in collaboration with partners across the industry ecosystem. In the longer term, this role offers exposure to diverse consulting engagements across multiple industries, including energy, agriculture, automotive, and oil&gas. With opportunities to work on high-impact projects, develop expertise in cutting-edge technologies, and contribute to a dynamic and evolving consulting practice, this role is ideal for a professional with a strong management consulting background and a passion for driving digital innovation. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. 8 years of management consulting experience, with expertise in business transformation, strategy, and digital product development. Strong understanding of business operations and challenges across multiple industries. Proven experience delivering consulting engagements with measurable business outcomes. Expertise in digital product development, particularly customer-centric solutions. Exceptional analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to complex challenges. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience managing client relationships and translating business needs into technical solutions. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Eligibility to work in the UK and willingness to travel to client sites when required. Desired Skills and Experience: Experience working at a Big 4 consultancy or equivalent. Industry expertise in energy, oil&gas, agriculture, automotive, or supply chain. Knowledge of digital platforms, SaaS, Data/AI, and customer experience (CX) solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agile collaboration tools like Trello. Role Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to assess business challenges and identify opportunities for growth and transformation. Conduct in-depth analyses of business processes, market trends, and operations to uncover digital transformation opportunities. Undertake market research and deliver strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, including C-level executives. Design and present innovative digital solutions that align with clients' strategic priorities and market needs. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing thought leadership on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Act as a champion for digital experience initiatives, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives. Lead the development and prioritization of product backlogs, integrating customer feedback and market trends. Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet quality standards and business objectives. Provide direction to agile delivery teams, fostering collaboration to deliver high-quality digital products. Manage cross-functional teams in agile environments to deliver business-critical solutions. Ensure comprehensive documentation and smooth transition of project responsibilities. Support the growth of the consulting practice by contributing to go-to-market strategies and thought leadership initiatives. Promote a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
