Maintenance Coordinator - CMMS Anaylist London £38,000 to £45,000 Under general supervision responsible but not limited to The implementation and support of the CFS (CMMS) and other data entry and reporting integrity systems. Planning and scheduling of all Assets across the EMEA Region to ensure that planned maintenance activities are completed efficiently and on time, minimizing business impact whilst ensuring that KPIs are achieved and maintained. Using CFS (CMMS) and other data repositories to provide routine and ad hoc reporting, critically evaluating the data sets to identify key trends, underlying facts and highlight challenges to key stakeholders of the business. Understanding the business needs, issues and challenges and suggests areas for improvements and cost reductions in conjunction with the operation teams. Provides performance tracking system(s) to assist the operations teams with workload planning and improving efficiencies. Provides overall system support for the entire operations teams. Responsibilities Ensure planned works are scheduled in accordance with Asset PPM requirements Review scheduled work from CFS (CMMS) to be performed by the Operations Team to determine most efficient and optimum method of completing tasks. Implements, supports, and audits all planned works related to the CFS (CMMS) Works closely with the operations teams to identify opportunities for improvement in planned maintenance and provide justification for improved scope Utilises CFS (CMMS) and other Data repositories to provide and review planning, completing, and reporting of facility maintenance activities Responsible for developing data and the delivery of reports to support the account in reviewing performance and potential improvements and efficiencies Supporting the change management process within CFS (CMMS) and overseeing CFS (CMMS) upgrades Ensures data integrity and security, consistent with the customer's corporate policies. Develops and distributes CFS (CMMS) / Data repositories training materials and conducts CFS (CMMS) / Data repositories training for all users Provides data system administration in an operations environment using a variety of programming and system tools Designs, develops, implements, reports, and supports business tools that are used at the customer's account Consults with users involved in determining specific output requirements, such as degree of data summarisation, and formatting for management reports. Prepares workflow charts and diagrams to specify in detail, operations to be performed by personnel in the CFS and business tools Provide support and cover to other systems as required No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.
