Role: Lending Operations Team Leader Start: ASAP Location: Birmingham / Hybrid Salary: £37-38k We are working with a Retail Banking client who are looking for a motivated Team Leader to sit across their Lending Operations area and help shape the function from the ground up. Key Accountabilities Provide Support and Leadership to Lending Support Officers Involved in the design and build of new processes and procedures Key Skills Strong Team Leadership and Team Building Skills Understanding of end to end Retail Lending / Mortgage Journeys 2 Years experience within a Lending Operations role previously CeMap qualifcation (nice to have) Team Player with strong Communication and Stakeholder engagement skills Financial Services and ideally knowledge of Residential and Buy to Let Mortgages Experience of working in growing organisations will be well received There are some excellent benefits available with this role.
