An entrepreneurial business in growth mode is currently looking to recruit a talented Legal Operations Associate / Paralegal to join their London office. You will be involved in: Drafting and reviewing client contracts issuance and supplier contracts Contractual disputes resolution Internal (employees) and external (clients and advisors) compliance enforcement Managing working relationships with external lawyers Supporting with any HR related legal topics On-going legal and compliance risk assessment for the business. Supporting European, North American and Asian operations. Ideally you will be a paralegal or legal operations professional with significant contracts experience. You will also be a team player with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels. This position will suit an individual with an ambitious attitude looking to make their mark in a business.
