Following their recent acquisition, they are expanding their Employer of Record (EOR) services to become a serious competitor in the industry. With over 30 lawyers worldwide and a focus on compliance, governance, and enterprise risk management, they are driving innovation while navigating the complexities of a listed and regulated environment. About the Role We’re seeking a Legal Director of Global Employment&Workforce to lead and transform their EOR strategy across Europe and beyond. Reporting directly to the Global Legal Head, this is a high-impact role that requires deep expertise in employment law, a strategic mindset, and the ability to deliver practical business solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Building a robust global employment strategy, with a particular focus on Europe. Prioritising and navigating market entry across European jurisdictions. Overseeing contracts, compliance, and EOR service offerings to ensure alignment with business objectives. Managing a global team (APAC, Europe, and India) to drive seamless integration with the parent company's broader services. Supporting growth initiatives for the EOR platform in Europe, advising on workforce planning, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements. Who Are You?
