A long standing client with circa 20 billion AUM are looking for a funds lawyer to join their London team. The role would suit someone more than 1 PQE and trained in a top 20 law firm. Responsibilities: Efficiently draft, manage and review complex fund documentation relevant to private equity funds (LPA, side letters, service, term sheets and other agreements) Work with the team on relevant fund and/or relevant regulatory projects to ensure the highest level of service to internal/external stakeholders Support the team on fund structures Working with legal and other service providers where appropriate Key Skills: England&Wales qualified Understanding of European funds structures Knowledge of the regulatory environment (SDR/SFDR, AIFMD etc) Driven and ambitious attitude
