Heriot Brown In- house legal are recruiting for a legal counsel to join the UK’s leading renewable energy solutions provider who offer a range of services and technologies including Solar and EV for energy future and carbon targets. The role includes Reviewing and drafting a broad range of contracts such as NDAs, lead generation contracts and supply agreements Supporting other teams round the business e.g. HR/finance/commercial Advising on regulatory updates Litigation Skills/Qualifications England and Wales qualified lawyer At least 4PQE The ideal candidate will have good legal background from either private practice or in-house Some commercial/corporate and /or regultory skills would be beneficial Nice to have: Experience in renewable energy FCA knowledge and experience This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing legal team within the UK's renewable energy market and if you want to work autonomously but still be part of a supportive team Please contact: kevinheriotbrown.com
