If you have trained and qualified at a leading City law firm, have between 1-3 years' PQE advising as a TMT or general corporate lawyer and are looking for a “generalist in-house role” this is a great opportunity. Work will include advising on a broad range of commercial contracts and general vendor agreements, corporate governance, US listing, regulatory, capital markets and (some) contentious work. You don't need to have experience in all these areas. More important is a strong grounding in contracts and a real desire to learn and grow.
