Duties Assist conveyancer in managing property transactions from initiation to completion. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, forms, and correspondence. Conduct thorough analysis of property titles and legal documents to identify any issues. Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction to provide updates and gather necessary information. Organise appointments, meetings, and deadlines to ensure smooth workflow within the team. Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and electronic documents. Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the process. Requirements Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a legal or conveyancing environment but not limited to. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional manner. Ability to read and analyse documents critically and identify potential issues or discrepancies. Proficient in using standard office software and legal case management systems. A keen attention to detail is essential for maintaining accuracy in documentation. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Job Type: Hours vary per week Pay: £11.50-£12.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 36 per week Schedule: Monday to Friday Experience: Legal Secretary: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
