LEAD DATA SCIENTIST HYBRID - London £100,000 - £110,000 We are collaborating with a leading healthcare company focused on integrating AI into their operations to combat complex healthcare challenges. You will be working alongside a Lead Data Scientist. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire data science lifecycle, from gathering data to deploying models, to ensure actionable insights are delivered. Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish and execute data science strategies, fostering the creation of innovative healthcare products. Lead a team to develop advanced data analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions to tackle complex healthcare problems. Provide training and support to junior data scientists, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. A Masters degree in data science or relevant field Qualifications: Education: Masters degree in data science or relevant field Experience: A minimum of 5 years experience in a senior data science role, with a proven history of leading and mentoring teams. Project Delivery: Demonstrated ability to independently execute complex AI projects and adhere to best practices.
