Account Manager – Central England Join a Global Leader in Neurosurgical Solutions Are you a skilled sales professional with experience in neurosurgical or surgical medical devices ? Our client, a leading innovator in regenerative technologies and neurosurgery, is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth and manage sales activities across Birmingham, Coventry, Cambridge, and Stoke . About the Role You’ll manage a market leading portfolio focused on Advanced Energy , Dural Access&Repair , Neuro Critical Care , and Hydrocephalus , building strong relationships with clinicians to achieve sales goals. Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing a strategic business plan. Providing consultative support in OR environments. Drive key account success in a well-established and high-potential territory. Identifying new business opportunities and delivering value-based solutions. Collaborating with internal teams on tenders and inventory needs. What You Bring 5 years in surgical device sales , including capital equipment sales and management. Demonstrated track record of achievement in neurosurgical or technical surgical sales. Degree-level education Knowledge of Challenger Sales Methodology (advantageous). Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Full driving license and residence within Central England. What’s in It for You?
