A top performing multi-billion $ AUM boutique Hedge Fund are looking to make a key Investor Relations hire. Due to a consistent increase in investor interest my client now requires an individual to lead their investor relations efforts. The successful candidate will have sole ownership of the IR remit for the fund, reporting directly into the Head of Business Development. The role’s responsibilities will include being the first point of contact for any incoming client queries, maintaining and developing marketing materials and managing distribution platform relationships. Through these tasks, the hire will be highly integrated with the investment team, gaining extensive exposure to all aspects of the fund. The role is client facing from an early stage, with increased exposure over time. The role can progress into a sales capacity after a couple of years. Candidates should have 1-4 years of relevant investor relations experience within a reputable buy-side firm. We are open RE product knowledge / strategy background. A strong academic background is required. The role will pay up to £65k base salary and a large % bonus given the fund and the individual perform to a high standard.
