Our client is looking for a junior Real Estate Analyst to join the team. The company is a boutique firm which acquires, develops, and asset manages mixed-use schemes. The company is supported by and has invested in partnership with some of the most renowned real estate private equity firms and family offices. The role: The role will cover all aspects related to the assessment of real estate opportunities and transactions including: Researching and analysing potential new transactions and producing clear summaries to enable decision making Production of clear and articulate marketing material such as teasers, presentations and teasers as required for transactions. This will include elements of research and information collation Designing, amending and updating models (ranging in complexity) for transactions and other business needs; running scenarios on the models and producing outputs for external and internal purposes as specified by colleagues including: Requirements Graduated from Top University, in Real Estate, Finance, or other analytical/technical degree Good understanding of debt and equity investment and development modelling Solid research and analysis capabilities Ability to explain Property issues to non-Property Individuals Proven ability of working under pressure Strong IT skills Whilst previous experience in real estate private equity is preferred, we welcome candidates with a keen interest and dedication to building a career focused on real estate.
