We are working with a professional services firm, and they are looking to recruit an Internal Communications Manager to come on board and join their team. In this position, you will work closely with the Leadership team, and you will be responsible for delivering the strategic vision and strategy across the business. You will report to the Head of Internal communications and work closely with the wider communications team. In this position, you will be responsible for the following: Planning and delivering key communication initiatives around the company's vision and strategy. Support the Senior Leadership team across all areas of the business and advise them on how to plan and deliver impactful communications and key campaigns and initiatives Manage workshops, listening events, and other focus groups to gather insights and data to improve communications campaigns and initiatives Plan and deliver a variety of events for the senior leadership team Create informative and engaging content which will be used across a number of different channels.
