Role: Interim Paralegal Project: Legal entity simplification Client: Global bank Contract: 6 month rolling (multi-year scope) Rate: £400/d inside IR35 X4 are offering the opportunity for an Interim Legal Analyst to join a global bank working on a Legal Entity Separation Programme in response to the legal and regulatory changes arising from Brexit. This is a key role in supporting our client's efforts to restructure its legal and operational frameworks in line with post-Brexit regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance, operational continuity, and smooth transitions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analysing legal entity structures, assisting in the separation process, and working with various stakeholders to ensure that all legal and regulatory obligations are met within established timelines. Requirements for the Interim Paralegal (legal entity simplification) Project-based Paralegal or Legal Analyst experience within top-tier banking firms Previous experience working on legal entity simplification projects Previous experience working on regulatory projects in response to Brexit Proactive and resourceful approach to working in project-based environment This is an urgent contract position with first stage interviews being lined up from Monday 9th December with view to having the role started by early 2025.
