Job Title: Interim Contracts Consultant Rate: £450 Outside IR35 Duration: 3-6 months Working Arrangement: Full-time, Fully Remote Location: West Midlands On behalf of our public sector client, Panoramic Associates are seeking an experienced Contracts Consultant to support the Transport Operations team, starting in the new year. Key Responsibilities: Liaising with the local authority, transport operators, and working on contractual disputes. Managing contractual agreements and resolving disputes with the TUPE implications in mind. Overseeing procurement processes and ensuring compliance with public sector regulations. Reporting to the Operations Director. Essential Criteria: Experience in contract management in the public sector. Strong contract negotiation and stakeholder management skills. TUPE experience. Experience in negotiating Transport contracts in the public sector. Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management. Desirable Criteria: Additional qualifications or certifications in procurement. Interviews will commence W/C 9th December they will be one stage interviews on teams.
