For this Interaction Designer role, we require: Proven experience as an Interaction/UX Designer demonstrated in public sector or GDS-aligned projects. Agile mindset and experience collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams. Passion for inclusive design and catering to diverse user needs, including accessibility standards. Masterful communication and leadership skills to manage relationships and guide others. Understanding of GDS design principles and best practices.
