I are on the hunt for a high-energy Insurance Technology Sales Specialist who thrives on meeting clients face-to-face, building relationships, and closing deals. If you’re enthusiastic, driven, and passionate about helping clients succeed, they will want you on their team Key Responsibilities: Hit the ground running by driving sales efforts to promote my clients technology services and solutions within the insurance sector. Arrange and attend regular face-to-face meetings with clients, fostering strong, long-lasting relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives. Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities in the insurance technology market. Confidently present our offerings, focusing on leading platforms like Duck Creek and Guidewire , to articulate how their services can solve client challenges. Lead the entire sales cycle —from prospecting and presentations to negotiating and closing deals—while maintaining a pipeline of opportunities. Stay in the know about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to ensure a strong competitive advantage. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery of tailored solutions. What They Are Looking For: Proven sales experience in the insurance technology space, particularly for a services-based organisation. A track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex B2B environments. Deep familiarity with platforms like Duck Creek and Guidewire or similar technologies, as well as the broader insurance technology ecosystem. Someone enthusiastic and energetic, a proactive approach, and the confidence to attend frequent in-person meetings with clients. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a natural ability to engage clients and build trust. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
