Opportunity We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic, energised Data Installation Engineers who enjoy providing quality solutions. Reporting to our Project Engineer, you and your colleagues will bring our customers’ vision to life, delivering first-class installation services. You will develop best fit installations within gyms, state of the art sport facilities, high end retail stores and luxury leisure and hospitality conference centres. Responsibilities Day-to-day delivery of full installation various technologies. Ensuring accurate completion and return of asset documents upon installation sign off and Field Service records and paperwork for customer service visits Proactively building close working relationships with your team and customers enabling best service Timely and accurate reporting and feedback of installation and service work to appropriate parties Maintaining standards of technical excellence within the department Undertake in house training and any relevant safety training. Requirements Have some experience within a Data, Access Control or Telecoms Installation Engineer role Hold effective communication skills, both written and verbal Be computer literate and happy to use a range of apps and software tools Be prepared and able to travel to client sites across the UK and Europe staying away up to 4 nights at a time. Have a flexible approach to working hours, and at times work under pressure to tight timescales Understand IP networks A clean UK driving license Knowledge of health and safety Knowledge of the below is desirable CTS ECS –Electrotechnical Certification Scheme or equivalent IPAF PASMA UKATA Avixa/Infocom SSSTS/SMSTS Remuneration Competitive salary Consistent overtime opportunities Pension 32 days holiday entitlement Opportunity to travel Career progression
