Our client is an alternative asset manager looking to appoint an experienced private equity/alternative funds lawyer to join its legal team in London. In this role you will advise on a broad range of work including: product design/fund structuring and launches (including blind pool funds, single asset funds, managed accounts, co-investments, direct investments) of illiquid funds; fund raising activities; and negotiating with a range of professional investors (sovereign wealth funds, public and private pension schemes, insurance schemes, family offices, high net worth individuals). You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, have ideally already made the move In-House to an infrastructure or private equity fund and have a minimum of 7 years' PQE advising on (ideally) sustainability infrastructure such as Forestry, Renewable Energy&Infrastructure, Real Estate.
