One of the worlds most successful high frequency trading funds are looking for a mid-senior level IT Operations / Support Engineer who has a specialism in macOS. This hire is due to growth the company is experiencing following years of consistent success. The position will require you to provide technical support to colleagues (on-site and remote) as you'll be undertaking tasks across end user hardware, software and everything in between. Your support responsibilities will span the global business as you'll work with senior stakeholders to deliver on projects, meet SLAs and improve internal processes. You'll join an already well established team of engineers and work with them to aid in the support and growth of the global business. We're looking for prior experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Jira, O365, Slack, Zoom and more.
