About the Role As an IT Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to: Work hands-on with networking (Cisco) – a vital aspect of the role. Manage and maintain Windows Servers and handle Windows Administration. Support and troubleshoot VMware environments, especially virtual desktops on VM Horizon. Collaborate on a variety of bespoke projects requiring creativity and technical expertise. What We’re Looking For Experience: 1-2 years of 1st line (stepping up to 2nd line) or solid 2nd line experience. Technical Skills: Strong networking knowledge and experience (essential). Proficiency in VMware, particularly VM Horizon (crucial). Expertise in Windows Servers and Administration. Soft Skills: A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work autonomously when required.
