Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Knowledge of travel booking systems and platforms Ability to research destinations, prices, and travel options Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using office software and online communication tools Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus Certification or training in travel services is beneficial Ability to work independently and remotely
