This is a fantastic maternity contract opportunity for an experienced property lawyer with commercial legal experience to work with a large Media Company. You will collaborate with the Director of Legal working on a full range of real estate and commercial legal matters and outdoor advertising from contracts and disputes to strategic projects. You will have support of a paralegal and trainee. This role is looking for someone who is able to start IMMEDIATELY Responsibilities: Ability to provide senior level property legal support to the UK and Ireland business. Be the property law specialist and trusted advisor on contracts and legal issues relating to: Outdoor advertising partnerships, Outdoor operations (including supplier agreements) and the commercial property portfolio for the Group. Ability to draft and negotiate property agreements (leases and licences), commercial partnership agreements, supplier agreements, and procurement contracts. Ability to advise on disputes and litigation relating to the Outdoor business and property matters. Qualifications/Skills: 5 PQE UK qualified lawyer with a focus on commercial property since qualification. Experience as an inhouse property and general commercial lawyers with experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced business. Experienced advising, drafting and negotiating property agreements (including leases and licences) Ability to provide property litigation advise. A genuine interest in utilising your commercial property legal skills to advise on outdoor advertising. Experience and confident advising senior stakeholders.
