We are currently working in partnership with a Local Authority client in the West Midlands, who are looking to appoint a Housing Management&ASB Lawyer to join the team on a locum basis for 6-12 months. The role offers home working, with regular Court attendance required in the West Midlands at short notice. The hourly rate for the role is £45 p/hour UMB. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Managing a mixed caseload of ASB and housing management, including handling succession, possessions and introductory tenancies Handling own advocacy, including regular attendance at Court in the West Midlands, often at short notice Supporting the City Solicitor and Legal team with regard to the conduct of legal casework Experience required: Conducting own advocacy Strong knowledge of Housing Management&ASB Working hours: 35 hours per week Monday – Friday Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
