Oversee case allocation, management, and resolution throughout the litigation process. Provide advice on cases to clients, stakeholders, and internal departments. Manage performance, deliver appraisals, and support professional development. Drive system improvements and process changes efficiently. Report KPIs and manage daily team activities. What We’re Looking For: Previous supervisory or management experience in litigation. Strong background in civil litigation, including multitrack and fast-track cases.
