Health&Safety Manager - Surrey PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Health&Safety Manager in and around Surrey. This opportunity is working for a family owned mechanical contractor, who operate across London and the South East within the education, commercial, industrial and public sectors. Position: Health&Safety Manager Location: Surrey&London Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 package (Dependant on experience) Industry: Mechanical Health&Safety Manager responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining a quality management system in accordance with applicable standards. Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. Support contract managers to embed quality standards and continuous improvement culture. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Coordinate safety training programs for employees and ensure emergency response plans are in place. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses to identify root causes and prevent recurrence. Experience required: Several years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry. Proven experience in implementing and maintaining QSHE management systems. Experience in conducting audits and inspections. Skills required: Developed leadership and communication skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Evidence of career focused at commitment to safety, health, and environmental principles.
