We are working with a thriving Catholic Primary School to find an exceptional Headteacher to lead the school into its next chapter of excellence. About the Role As Headteacher, you will: Provide strategic leadership, shaping the school’s vision and ethos in collaboration with the Governing Body. Ensure high-quality teaching and learning, enabling all pupils to achieve their God-given potential. Foster strong relationships with staff, parents, governors, and the wider Catholic community. Uphold and develop the Catholic identity of the school, ensuring it is reflected in every aspect of school life. About You The ideal candidate will: Be a practising Catholic with a deep commitment to Catholic education and values. Hold Qualified Teacher Status and have substantial leadership experience, ideally at Deputy Head or Headteacher level. Demonstrate a proven ability to drive school improvement and deliver high standards of teaching and learning. Have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate pupils, staff, and stakeholders. Why This Role?
