Head of Social Media - RELOCATE TO DUBAI Location: Dubai, UAE Are you an experienced and passionate social media leader looking for an exciting new challenge in a vibrant, global city? Our client, a highly innovative and dynamic agency based in Dubai, is seeking a talented Head of Social Media to lead and elevate their social media strategy for a diverse portfolio of international brands. About the Role: As the Head of Social Media , you will be the strategic visionary driving social media campaigns, leading a talented team, and working closely with clients to elevate their brands on digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record in delivering innovative social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead the social media strategy for multiple clients, ensuring campaigns are aligned with brand objectives and goals. Oversee and mentor a team of social media managers and content creators to ensure high-quality content creation, execution, and optimization. Develop data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and engagement across all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Manage and grow client relationships by providing strategic advice and demonstrating the impact of social media efforts on their business goals. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging social media platforms to recommend new opportunities and creative ideas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Strategy, Media, and Analytics) to ensure seamless campaign execution. Track, measure, and report on the success of campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs). About You: Experience : At least 7 years in social media management, with a strong focus on strategy, team leadership, and client management. Expertise : Deep understanding of all major social platforms and the ability to create tailored strategies that resonate with target audiences. Leadership : Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering collaboration and creativity. Creativity : Strong creative thinking, with the ability to translate client goals into compelling social content and campaigns. Data-Driven : Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of social media metrics and the ability to leverage data to optimize campaigns. Language : Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). Location : Relocation to Dubai is required (support will be provided). Why Dubai?
