Why This Role is a Game-Changer As Head of Operations, reporting to the CFO, you’ll shape and execute a forward-thinking strategy to scale the business globally. Based in London, your role spans streamlining production, optimising supply chains, overseeing warehousing and logistics, and driving international expansion. You'll take ownership of operational and logistics systems, ensuring they are fit for purpose and scalable, while managing and enhancing key 3PL relationships. Partnering closely with the CFO, you'll analyse and refine operational costs, identifying opportunities to boost efficiency and deliver value. Additionally, you’ll lead all operational reporting, covering warehouse fulfillment, B2C delivery performance, customer service metrics, and wholesale operations—ensuring every process runs like clockwork.
