Head of Hard FM role Location: Southwest A renowned healthcare provider in the Southwest is currently seeking to recruit for the position of Head of Hard FM on a contract basis. Your key responsibilities will revolve around taking a lead on compliance, performance, operational management, and delivery of services to national and local standards. Your duties include: Manage Electrical, Mechanical, and Building services Provide technical support and manage contractors Achieve service KPIs and support senior leadership Manage budgets and prepare business cases Lead staff performance and development Develop and implement Service Delivery Plans Ensure compliance with Risk Management/Governance processes Qualifications: 2 years’ senior Estates and Facilities management experience in NHS/public sector Degree in building services/engineering The successful candidate will have: Proficient in CAFM systems, BMS, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD Knowledge of statutory legislation for buildings, plant, and services Leadership, negotiation, and project management skills If you think this you would be a good fit for this role, then please apply now
