Head of FP&A | Private Equity, Software Renumeration | c. £90-£110k DOE Incentives Location | London, Hybrid 1-2 days office per week (Permanent, full time) KE12273 The Opportunity: Finatal is working exclusively with a Private Equity-backed international SaaS/AI business, om a search for a Head of FP&A to join their dynamic and fast-growing team. Positioned as a market leader in a niche and rapidly expanding sector, this B2B organization is driving innovation within the Financial Services and FinTech industries. The Role: The Head of FP&A will report directly to the CFO and lead a small, high-performing team of two analysts. This is a critical role with a broad remit, including: Financial Planning&Analysis : Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making. Leading&developing a team : Manage 2x Analysts M&A Support: Partner with the CFO on due diligence, financial modelling, and integration of acquisitions. Stakeholder Engagement : Act as the bridge between finance and senior non-finance stakeholders, delivering insights and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Process Improvement: Enhance financial systems, reporting, and processes to support the business's scalability and operational excellence. The Requirements: A professional finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA ). Experience driving/developing FP&A Processes – budgeting, forecasting and planning. Proven experience managing and developing a small team . A track record in SaaS/recurring revenue or technology -driven businesses. Familiarity with Private Equity environments , with an ability to thrive under pressure, operate at pace, and drive towards ambitious growth and exit milestones .
