MacGregor Black are partnering with a leading SME health and wellness business on the search for a Head of Finance. This is a permanent role based in London. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Drive the preparation and delivery of management accounts and performance analysis Implement robust financial controls and compliance frameworks Manage cash flow and working capital to support the company’s operational needs Lead and develop a Finance team, promoting collaboration and professional growth Support strategic decision-making by delivering financial insights and recommendations. What we looking for? CIMA/ACA/ACCA/ICAS qualified accountant Minimum of 4 years in a financial management role, ideally within a consumer-driven environment Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate financial data to non-finance stakeholders effectively Experience in the health and wellness or adjacent FMCG sectors is essential Proven ability to manage teams and foster a positive working environment.
