What we’re looking for: Proven leadership experience in B2C performance marketing, ideally with expertise in digital acquisition. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and campaign attribution. Experience managing digital customer journeys and collaborating with agencies. A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign development. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
