Head of Cyber Threat Intelligence London (Hybrid) Up to £160,000 Key Responsibilities Develop and provide comprehensive cybersecurity training programs to diverse clientele, tailored to specific target audiences. Collaborate with customers to perform cybersecurity portfolio assessments, identifying potential weaknesses, and suggesting actionable improvement strategies. Generate and circulate monthly/quarterly newsletters, threat notifications, and advisories, offering timely insights into emerging risks and best practices. Develop customized scenarios for clients and reinsurers to assess the resilience of their portfolios and mitigate potential setbacks. Assist in negotiations with reinsurers and alternative capital providers to substantiate risk evaluations. Keep abreast of emerging cyber threats, attack methodologies, and industry trends to enhance the quality and relevance of educational materials and advisories. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and expert in the field of cybersecurity. Assess the effectiveness of training programs and portfolio evaluations, continually enhancing content and methodologies. Remain informed about evolving regulatory prerequisites and compliance standards within the cybersecurity domain to ensure service alignment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate threat intelligence insights into broader risk management and insurance strategies. Qualifications: Possession of a bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related discipline. An advanced degree is a valuable asset. Substantial professional experience in the realm of cybersecurity and threat intelligence, displaying a proven history of leadership. Profound technical comprehension of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors. Proven experience in the creation and delivery of cybersecurity training programs. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an aptitude for conveying intricate technical concepts clearly. Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating proactive problem-solving and innovative thinking. Display an empathetic and customer-centric attitude, with the capability to establish robust relationships.
