Campaign Development: Lead the creation of compelling and trailblazing campaigns across all channels, from concept to execution, while maintaining the brand’s iconic style. Visual Content Oversight: Manage and direct all aspects of visual storytelling, including photoshoots, video content, and digital assets, to reflect Odd Muse's clean and elevated aesthetic. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and product development teams to ensure cohesive messaging and visual representation across all customer touchpoints. Trend Inspiration: Stay ahead of fashion and design trends, translating relevant innovations into actionable strategies for the brand's growth. Team Leadership: Build, manage, and inspire a team of creatives, fostering a collaborative and forward-thinking culture. Forward Planning&Strategy: Managing a creative strategy all year round from launches, to calendar events and BAU. Qualifications: Proven experience in a senior creative role, ideally within the luxury fashion space. A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality creative projects with a minimalist and premium aesthetic. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and communicate a clear vision. Expertise in art direction, branding, and multi-channel content creation. Knowledge of current fashion trends and a passion for modern luxury.
