We are currently working with a PE-Backed business looking to bolster their M&A capability with a M&A Head This individual drives the M&A individually process by contributing to the Diligence, Execution and Legal Negotiation. The ideal candidate for this role will be an individual with 10 years of experience, a corporate background as well as exposure in a financial advisory (consulting/ investment banking) role. English spoken and written necessary. Key Accountabilities Include: Responsible for M&A funnel identification and acquisition targets in the UK and Europe and initiation of relationships with potential candidates, advisors etc. Building and maintaining contacts with external legal and fiscal advisors Supporting the CFO in building business cases to support the M&A agendas Leading negotiations, supporting the closing and integration Ownership of the communication flow to all relevant internal and external stakeholders during the process from the moment of first contact to completion of the acquisition/merger Candidate must have Right to work in the UK.
