Salary plus car/£allowance Mon to Fri Hybrid role - home based with travel across England&Wales Here at ISS, as of the UK's largest Facilities Management (FM) providers are looking to develop their Hard FM Project function aligned against a major UK Government account, with the client as a massive Govt central organisation, boasting a truly vast portfolio consisting of a collection of offices, conference centres, and buildings to do with farming and agriculture While the employer already offer "Hard" and "Soft" services with field based and static engineers, they also have a integrated project Management function, consisting of Project Managers delivering a variety of M&E plus Building refurb projects across the UK Here, you will take ownership of a sizeable and exciting project pipeline, working from taking the brief from the client to project completion, involved across the full project lifecycle, acting as the Principal Contractor Projects will range from smaller general fabric refurbs to M&E installs of critical assets such as boilers and chillers, with anticipated value at 3.5 - 4m We are able to provide support and development here, with the role best suiting a professional from an M&E background who has specialised more in Project in recent years and now looking to exclusively focus as a Project Manager Actions will include: To perform survey and scoping works developing Client brief into a working schedule of works. Produce project cost plans. Presentation to stakeholders. Obtain procurement board approvals. Project delivery&implementation. Handover&warranty management. Financial management of each project and full P&L responsibility regionally. To ensure that all works undertaken are completed to employer, Client and good practice trade standards. Liaising with Client on change control, planning, opportunities, risks and documents Establishing consistent practices and standards adhering to the engineering&project governance arrangements, including project planning, reporting, change control, analysing risks and maintaining and updating the risk register. Proving Project Management Support to workstreams and to address in-service related issues. Maintaining the Project delivery roadmap Overall planning of the project delivery with inputs provided from all workstreams. Collecting project metrics and reports as measured against the baseline and reporting on any deviations. Creating and reviewing project schedules and budgets and questioning them when they fall off schedule or over budget. We need from you: An M&E background, with some clear time spent in M&E Project delivery
