Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy&Oversight: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with group objectives. Reporting&Compliance: Lead statutory and management reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance across all subsidiaries. Cash Flow&Investments: Monitor group cash flow, optimise resources, and ensure banking covenant compliance. Leadership: Manage and mentor finance teams, ensuring appropriate resources for each business. HR&Wellbeing: Oversee group HR operations and employee wellbeing initiatives. Acquisitions: Support due diligence and seamless integration of new acquisitions. Stakeholder Engagement: Present financial results to the Board and liaise with external partners. Navigate Family Business Dynamics: Contribute to governance and succession planning while fostering effective collaboration with family shareholders About You We are looking for a dynamic and strategic finance leader with: Qualifications: Technically strong – ACA or ACCA preferable. Experience: Proven success in a senior finance role, ideally in a group or multi-business setting. Expertise: Strong knowledge of UK financial regulations and compliance.
