Group Finance Director Greater London | 1-2 days a week in the office £190,000 - £250,000 per annum About the business Our client, a large PE backed business operating within the consumer space are looking for a Group Finance Director to join them. The role will report and partner with the Group CFO to drive the growth of the business and ensure technical excellence throughout the group. Key responsibilities Financial Strategy : Develop and execute the group's financial strategy to align with long-term business objectives. Financial Reporting : Ensure accurate and timely preparation of consolidated financial statements and compliance with regulatory standards. Risk Management : Oversee risk assessments and implement robust internal controls to safeguard the group’s financial assets. Leadership : Lead and mentor the finance team, driving performance and fostering professional growth. Budgeting and Forecasting : Direct budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to guide decision-making. Capital Management : Manage capital allocation, investments, and funding strategies to optimize the group’s financial resources. About the Candidate Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles within multi-entity or multinational organizations. Expertise in financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and compliance. Strong strategic planning skills with a focus on driving growth and profitability. Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including board-level engagement.
