My client is a financial services firm with and they are looking to bring a senior Company Secretarial candidate to manage the function They are looking for a seasoned Company Secretary with exposure top highly regulated entities, strong management experience and ideally exposure to oversees jurisdictions (Ireland, Channel Islands and Luxembourg specifically). This role will manage a team of 4 and join the firm at a period of growth whereby the chance to shape the governance framework and policies should make it a very exciting opportunity for the right person. It would be their preference for someone to come from private rather than listed background. They are a really brilliant business who we have worked with for years and you'd be joining a really good leadership team. The business has enjoyed a lot of growth in recent times and there is plenty still to come over the next couple of years so it's a very exciting time to join them.
