THE COMPANY A Manchester-based retailer has partnered exclusively with Stephen Rise as they look to hire a Graphic Designer. The brand very rarely recruits due to their low staff turnover so if you’re looking for a ‘new year, new me’ fresh start for 2025 and are keen to work for a business with a solid reputation where you can spend a good chunk of your career, they’re a great option. The brand is sold in-store and online and the graphics team work out of a Manchester-based office on a hybrid basis. THE ROLE A mix of creating packaging artwork from creative briefs, alongside creating and updating in-store POS materials, social media graphics and other marketing materials Working closely with product development, buying, marketing, photo studio and other teams Ensuring artwork and graphics align with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity Staying updated on industry trends and what your competitors are doing ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role you will have some experience as a Graphic Designer or Packaging Artworker for a retailer, brand, or supplier. Any experience in a retail or consumer environment creating packaging artwork, social media graphics, web banners, point of sale material, and sales brochures for any type of product is welcome. You could be an established designer, or you might be at your first/second graphics job and looking for your next challenge – the scope of the role can be flexed accordingly to accommodate different experience levels.
