Graduate Manufacturing Management Trainee

Job Description

• Preparation of monthly production plans
• Monitor performance versus production plans
• Supervision of production performance
• Calculation of appropriate stock holding levels
• Work closely with HR to support the training, development, and appraisal of production-based supervision
• Provide assistance to production-based supervision in optimising performance
• Identify, champion and execute improvement opportunities
• Support supply chain management
• Liaise with the Sales function to support KPIs in respect of service delivery
• ERP Super-user
• Participate in new employee inductions and training
• Support effective H&S practices

Essentials Qualifications & Skills

The successful candidate MUST have:

• Minimum Grade A / 7 in GCSE English
• Minimum Grade A / 7 in GCSE Maths
• Strong Excel Skills – ability to create spreadsheets, input formulae, reference cells, pivot tables, conditional formatting etc as well as an ability to learn new functions and implement
• Work Experience – any part or full-time experience for at least three consecutive months
