Job Title: Junior Accounts- Bookkeeper Location: West End, London (flexible working available) Handle have teamed up with a creative business that bring high-quality theatrical productions to life. If you have recently graduated in Accounting and Finance and have a minimum 6 months accounting experience and want to contribute to a vibrant production environment, this role is for you Key Responsibilities Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Data Entry: Input financial transactions into accounting software with precision. Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and track expenses. Invoice Management: Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely payments and follow-ups. Expense Reporting: Assist in compiling and organizing expense reports. Compliance: Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations. Qualifications Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) or willingness to learn. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
