Job Specification: Content Creator&Videographer Role Purpose We are seeking a creative and hands-on Content Creator&Videographer to ideate, consult, and deliver impactful video and still content. This role requires leveraging trends, brand strategies, and key moments to meet performance KPIs and drive exceptional results across our channels. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Meta and YouTube platform requirements and a data-driven approach to content creation. Key Responsibilities: Videography Unit Development Be a key team member in establishing an in-house videography unit dedicated to producing digital video and still content with a focus on fast turnarounds and high creative impact. Collaboration&Ideation Work closely with the content team and brand teams on briefs, offering creative input to elevate and strengthen content requests. Pre-Production&Shoots Oversee shoot preparation, including styling, location scouting, and securing the necessary equipment for creating high-quality content. Post-Production Edit and animate raw footage into polished formats optimised for social and digital media platforms. Platform Expertise Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Meta and YouTube channel requirements, ensuring knowledge is up-to-date through performance analysis and ongoing learning. Innovation&Trends Continuously propose new content ideas and explore emerging channels to test, ensuring content remains cutting-edge and resonates with audiences. Partnership Opportunities Identify and recommend collaboration opportunities with partners or advocates to amplify content impact. Performance Measurement Monitor engagement and effectiveness of content, using insights to refine and improve future creations. Qualifications&Skills Required Proven experience in videography and content creation. Strong understanding of Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and YouTube platform requirements. Proficient in video editing and animation tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects). Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects with fast turnarounds.
