Global Brand Director, Seasonal London/Hybrid Attractive salary benefits package Job ref: TP4351 Global Brand Director is responsible for a high growth premium Seasonal category with ambitious growth targets. This is a newly created position to lead and develop global marketing strategy and all global marketing related activities. It’s important to note, this is a very senior role but it is a standalone role with no direct reports. The position is more strategic in nature with a multitude of stakeholders throughout the business and across many markets. Key requirement for Global Brand Director is for a strong background in global brand management and innovation, as well as proven omnichannel experience and 360 campaigns.And it goes without saying, we need excellent stakeholder management, collaboration and communication skills given numerous markets and partners. FMCG sector and premium brands experience is essential. Key accountabilities: Build, develop and implement the Seasonal global brand strategy. Conduct international market research and identify global opportunities. Collaborate with local marketing teams and align Seasonal marketing strategies. Monitor Seasonal campaign financials.
