Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Lead and inspire a team dedicated to exceptional service in line with Michelin-star or Forbes 5-Star standards. Collaborate with owners to ensure the brand's reputation for excellence, driving consistent top-tier performance. Execute strategic goals, maintain operational excellence, and support new venue openings. Build and maintain relationships with high-profile guests, offering a personalised and elevated experience. Manage budgets, staffing, and training to optimise efficiency and profitability. Key Qualifications: Extensive experience in 5-Star Forbes-rated or Michelin-starred establishments is essential. Proven leadership experience as a General Manager or as an Assistant General Manager (AGM) ready to step up. Polished, professional demeanour with a strong, ambitious work ethic. A stable work history with limited job-hopping preferred. Excellent communication skills, fluency in English (bilingual is a plus). Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and budgeting.
