Funds Paralegal Location: City of London - Hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 from home) Top US law firm with fantastic offices in the heart of the City Role overview : The firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Funds team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract with strong scope for extension. Key responsibilities: Monitoring, tracking, collating and coordinating KYC documentation. Company searches, reviewing search results and preparing corporate formalities documents. Preparing and co-ordinating the collection of signature pages. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have previous funds experience within a City law firm and will have ideally passed the LPC/SQE.
