Job Title: Funds Paralegal Location: City of London Working arrangement: Hybrid About the company: A top US law firm Role overview: Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a Paralegal to join a US law firm on an initial 12 month fixed term contract, to join its award-winning funds team Key responsibilities: Monitoring, tracking, collating and coordinating KYC documentation. Company searches, reviewing search results and preparing corporate formalities documents. Preparing and co-ordinating the collection of signature pages. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have previous funds/asset management experience within a City law firm and will have ideally passed the LPC/SQE.
